LAVA Acceditation
Sherring Lucas is a fully accredited lava laboratory. Amongst other benefits, we are qualified to supply Lava restorations with a 5 year guarantee against fracture of the framework

All Ceramic Work

In addition to conventional porcelain Veneers, we are able to offer five other all-ceramic systems.

lava

An exceptionaly high-strength all-ceramic system, utilising a milled zirconium oxide framework. Ideal for larger span bridgework and discoloured preparations.

IPS e.max

The cutting edge of pressable ceramics, IPS Emax offers excellent strength, aesthetics and standards of fit. Emax is bonded in position, and is recommended for Crowns, Veneers, Inlays and Onlays.

IPS Empress CosmoPost

A metal free root canal post and core system, utilising a Zirconium post and cast ceramic core. This system allows the fabrication of metal free restorations, even with de-vitalised teeth.

Procera

An all-ceramic system, utilising precision milled ceramic sub-structures that exhibit exceptional strength and accuracy. The restorations are cemented in position, and are available from us as either Crowns, Bridges or Veneers.

Vita

Spinell’s combination of Biocompatibility, High Translucency makes for a winning combination. Spinell has formed Part of the Vita In-Ceram system since 1994, and is recommended for anterior crowns only.

Solid Zirconia Bruxist Crowns

Milled from Solid Zirconia, these restorations offer a more aesthetic and cost efficient alternative to full gold crowns. Extremely High in Strength, and supplied with a 5 Year Guarantee against fracture!
